The best [$] I've ever spent on my girlfriend - took them out of the box, slapped them on her rig, and now feel comfortable knowing she'll be able to stop. Great price, great brand, great looking. Little initial adjustment. Just a simple, cheap solution to v-braking needs.

I replaced the stock Tektro V-brakes on my main commuter bike with these. It made a small but noticeable difference in braking power and modulation. Just feels a bit more solid and controlled. These are a great value for the price.
The Tektros weren't bad, I just put them on my backup bike, replacing the weak-sauce cantilever brakes that were original.

I replaced some old brakes on my rebuild of a '94 Schwinn High Plains and feel like its a brand new bike. For once I can stop quickly rather than slow down on this bike.

These brakes are one of the best investments I've made in my bicycle. The stop the bike in all conditions - even going down steep East Tennessee hills in the rain with a heavy load. Easy to install and adjust, and can work well with very inexpensive pads.

I am very pleased with these brakes. When I installed the hubmotor on my e-bike the rear disc brakes (stock) were no longer compatible. These V-brakes are on par with the disc brakes that used to be on the rear! Using just the rear brakes I can slow down pretty dang fast, and the tire will lock up if I am not careful. I am very happy with these brakes.

Bought these to replace broken brakes on my bike, these things blow the stock brakes away. The only thing keeping me from coming to a stop now is the fact that when you jam the lever down, the wheels lock up and you wind up sliding on the tire lol best money ive ever spent.
