This seems like a well-made bag. I thought the double pouch might hit my knees, especially when out of the saddle, but it does not. The double pouches allow room to have plenty of stuff right at hand. I have been using them for a camera and extra gels. The phone pocket on top was way too small for my iPhone. I will use it for spare gels instead. The straps attach easily, one around the top tube and one around the head tube. I would like the strap around the top tube to hold the bags together more tightly, but I will fix that with a bit of Velcro. For the price, you can't beat this bag for its extra room.

Bag was great for use on my mountain bike but I was unable to fit the item at all on my road bike.
It was finicky to install on the mountain bike but that did improve.
Had storage for several items including a separate phone area on top. You do need a small phone to be able to use this part.
