Color was off, overall construction seemed weak with low quality pieces. They put a piece of plastic between clamp and mount which would quickly wear over time.

Like other reviewers the plastic shim broke (was about 8 months use for me) in the middle my ride while dropping the seat to prepare for a downhill bombing run. Wish I cold give this zero stars.

After having this clamp for a year, the plastic shim split in half and fell off. I adjust my seat a lot, no money for dropper yet, on every one of my rides so the clamp will get 5-8 adjustments on a ride. I can see why the plastic bit wore out.
Buy for looks and if you dont adjust your seat a ton.
Dont buy if you do adjust a lot, and you need a lot of clamping force.
(the plastic bit is compressed and breaks due to the clamping force)

Its unfortunate that something so simple can be built so poorly. The plastic spacer between the clamp and the lever arm breaks IMMEDIATLEY! Not worth buying...even at this price.

I agree with one of the other reviewers... The plastic piece was crushed within one week. I'll keep an eye out for a metal replacement part. Until then, the seat post clamp is useless.
