The mounting bracket broke the first time I rode with this Saddle Bag making it unuseable. Jenson did give me a refund on the product.

Holds up to FAT bike abuse through rocks and roots. Fits alot, FAT bike tube, tools and power bars.

The bag itself is good, the mounting equipment seems very functional and I doubt it will come off (haven't used it yet). It fits a tube, bike tool, and has room for more. Comes with a nice rain bag for it, too.
Only problem is the clamp that attaches to the seat rails is really wide. It is wider than the seat rails on either my or my wife's road bike seats. It'll fit, but not within the rail grooves as it's designed to.
As is typical, I bought this because it was a screamin good deal--much cheaper than at a bike shop. But, if I'd bought it at a bike shop, I would've returned it for one that fit my bike. As it is, I'll just make do.

I bought the Topeak quick clip after reading the review of bowling ball being tested on this product. I thought this must be a good strong stuff. I had it installed professionally and went mountain biking, within 30 minutes of ride, the bag is completely gone leaving just the seat post strap on it with just two stitches threads on it and needless to say along with all of my goods in the bag, gone too. Topeak is just anesthetic product and they are ripping you off because it cant deliver the performance!

Fits well under my wtb devo saddle,my saddle is mounted a little forward of center 1/4in from markings, if your saddle is mounted far forward this bag may not work do to its length.Items it holds 1-29in tube,crankbros mini pump,crankbros multi tool,park tool spoke wrnce,repair kit xtra shft cabl,keys,wallet.HAVE NOT HAD TO EXPAND IT YET.No problems jumping,or bouncing around.

Not very good as noted in my description of the product weaknesses. As I stated I would stay away from this one and look at the same model that has straps holding it to the bottom of the seat.
