Banshee Legend Zee Jenson Bike

It's low, it's plush, and it's fast. It's an 8" travel, highly trained, gravity hungry animal.

As told by the Banshee Legend engineer himself, this bike has been developed with one goal in mind, to be the best DH racing rig around, no matter the cost, or how much time it would take. A race bike is meant to win and that is what Banshee set out to do. Not to sell a bunch of mediocre bikes, but to put race winning technologies into the hands of dedicated gravity athletes.

The 7005 aluminum butted frame is optimized for stiffness and efficiency with internally ribbed chainstays, extensive hydroformed tubing, and oversized pivot bearings. Geometry tweaks have been made to give the Legend the lowest center of gravity on the market. A lower center of gravity means playfulness, confidence, and control. A lower bottom bracket, a slacker head tube angle, and a longer front end make the Legend both stable at high speed, nimble in the corners while the 27.5 inch wheels help carry speed through the obstacles.

The Jenson USA Exclusive Build, pairs the Legend with Shimano Zee 10-speed DH drivetrain. The Zee trigger shifter and derailleur provide smooth, accurate shifts across the 11-28t cassette, while the Shimano Zee hydraulic disc brakes provide the power efficiency to have you riding with confidence. A Rock Shox Boxxer, 200mm travel fork gobbles up the gnarliest of trails. The Legend has a Shimano ZEE 36 tooth crankset that powers Spank's Spike EVO Race28 27.5" wheels, which are wrapped in Schwalbe Magic Mary tires. We round out the Legend with a Race Face cockpit and SDG Falcon saddle.
