The Sanction is Bell’s all-new lightweight, recession-busting full-face helmet. Weighing in at 950 grams, the fully-ventilated, low-profile helmet was designed with the younger rider in mind. Its sizing skews smaller than both its predecessor (the Bellistic) and the more robust Bell Drop, and is squarely aimed at BMX, Super-D and all-mountain riding. The moto-inspired style lines and graphics are youthful and contemporary, adding to the Sanction’s aggressive attitude.

Good quality, and well ventilated
I had a problem with the order. I called to have an item added to the order after I had placed it online, so paypal encountered a problem and it was flagged. The first guy I talked to didn't realize that happened I guess. So, after a couple of days of not receiving a shipping confirmation email, I called Jenson again. This time I got Joey, he looked it up, found the problem, fixed it, and then it shipped and got here quickly after that. I would say that with Joey, the customer service department is great. He has helped me with another order that they forgot to ship or something, and has even gone to another warehouse to check for an item I was interested in.

PROS: Pretty cheap, Lightweight, Well-ventilated, True to size, Buckle instead of D-rings, Looks good

CONS: Non-Removable Liner

BEST USES: all mountain, Mountain biking, XC

An update to my previous post
Well, I just crashed with this helmet and bashed it pretty hard on a rock after attempting a jump. I am a little disappointed that after only 2 months of use I need to replace it since it has been cracked; although, that is what it is for, and what really matters is that my head is fine. After looking around for another pretty cheap full face, I ultimately chose this one again to replace it. As I said in my previous post, I wish it had a removable liner, but after looking at other helmets, this one just looks like its ventilation is far superior; thus, I think it is better for my use. It has just about everything that I want in a full face for my type of riding. It has a lot of ventilation, lets me breathe well, its light, its easier to remove than helmets with D-rings, looks good, and, most importantly, it PROTECTED me well. I am very glad that I switched to a full face, since a regular MTB helmet wouldn't have protected as well for the area of impact. I don't know why more All Mountain and more aggressive XC riders haven't switched, especially with helmets for sale like this one. To me, the added safety makes it well worth some added heat and weight--and definitely much better than bashing your face and/or needing a trip to the ER.

PROS: Buckle instead of D-rings, Protects well, Well Ventilated, Looks good, Lightweight

CONS: Non-Removable Liner

BEST USES: all mountain, Downhill, Aggressive XC, Aggressive riding

Good buy
I had the Bellistic prior to this one and it took the abuse I put it through. This one has better ventilation and padding.

PROS: Snug Fit, worth the cost, Well Ventilated

CONS: Poor graphics, None yet

BEST USES: Freeride, Light Downhill

Sizing Chart is WRONG
DO NOT buy this item unless you've tried it on in a store. The sizing chart listed on the website is wrong and your helmet will not fit. Even worse, Jenson would not refund the return shipping costs even though they advertised the sizing chart. Very disappointed. The helmet itself is great though. Looks good, but I will not be purchasing a replacement from Jenson.

CONS: Sizing Chart Wrong

Great fit!
Great fit! My daughter received this helmet as a gift and loves it. Maybe a little heavy to wear for kids under 6.

Great Product! Super Deal!
My 6 year old had stitches on chin, but needed to get back on his bike. So a lightweight, full-face helmet that wouldn't require financing was what I was in search of. This helmet is perfect. Super lightweight as full- facers go. Plus his visibility and hearing are excellent. I loved it so much, that I bought two more for my other sons. Shipping was incredibly fast. Thanks!

PROS: Lightweight, Durable, Versatile

BEST USES: Mountain Biking, Skateboard, Road Biking, Scooter

Great value and protection
This helmet vents well but it is warmer than a non full face. The cheek pads fit snugly but the size medium holds my head very well. I guess the best compliment I can give is that I forget that I am riding with a full face helmet. Once you stop moving, it gets warm but otherwise is is great! The extra protection is well worth a little extra sweat.

PROS: Great fit, Good Venting, Lightweight

great helmet
Bought 3 of these for 4,5,7 yr old kids. Great helmet, uses snap buckel instead of D-ring, easier for kids to use. Fits well and looks good and will keep all there teeth in their mouths when they pile in.

PROS: Snap buckel makes it easy

CONS: Full face is hot

The helmet is very...
The helmet is very good overall. The quality is nice on the outside, but the interior liner is nothing special. I do not like that the liner doesn't come out, but it does dry fast. The ventilation is actually pretty good for a FF. For the price it does the job (face protection) and I saved $50 from the drop model. If you don't use it multiple times a week this helmet is perfect. If you ride everyday you may want to get the drop model since it has a nicer liner. My buddy got the Giro Remedy and his liner is way plusher, but its heavier.

Nice helmet I like it
I'm 23 and the helmet fits real snug in the cheek area but I know they will even eventually break in my heads a little on the smaller side and this helmets kinda tight probably would work on a normal adult but it will be tight and will take time to break in but overall I like the helmet and would get another one if needed but probably wouldn't fit an older male to well more for younger adults and probably kids

PROS: Lightweight, Good Pads

CONS: Little Tight

BEST USES: DOWNHILL MTB, Everyday riding
