I use to have an older Bell Helmet with the cheaper head restraint system, it broke thus I bought this upgraded one, it's a huge improvement. The helmet is comfortable, vents well and is a great value. I don't see the need in spending a lot of money on more expensive helmets, this does everything I need it to for a fraction of the price.

I really like this helmet, its light, durable and very breathable. When I switched from my old helmet to this one I was able to notice a big difference in increased airflow on hot days.
I also like how adjustable the helmet is as it allows for a really snug fit, plus it can be adjusted via a simple dial which can be changed while riding, no need to stop to make the adjustments.
The helmet also comes in a bunch of cool colors as well, overall great value and very happy with this purchase.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
