Comments about Sun Ringle Sun Rhyno Lite ABT Rim:

I'd highly recommend these rims, or if you need a wheelset, the $89 rhyno lite/deore wheelset like I purchased almost three years ago. The loc-tite process was a huge pain, and VERY time consuming, but I've never had to worry about them again. The rims have handled everything I've thrown at them and are probably more true than the day I bought them. Well worth the money.

These are great rims

Comments about Sun Ringle Sun Rhyno Lite ABT Rim:

These are great rims. they are relatively light, strong and inexpensive. i had a set with deore hubs on my bike for more than a year, and i beat the hell out of them and they stayed in true until i whacked them REALLY hard on an urban jump.

Comments about Sun Ringle Sun Rhyno Lite ABT Rim:

I've had at least 5 sets of these rims on several different bikes over the last few years. The only rims I will buy to replace the factory offerings when I break them are these. You can't get a stronger or better rim for anything close to this price, and the only one I actually did break was when I hit a jump badly and came down sideways - and that came close to breaking me, too. The place I work has crane tracks, train tracks, and potholes everywhere, so a road bike would die quickly. I use my mountain bike for commuting to work as well as an off road ride, but I always have two sets of wheels, one with 2.5" knobby tires, and a second set with narrow street tires. This may be the one area where these wheels aren't so great. With street tires, I can get the bike up to 25+ m.p.h., and the balance is definately a bit off. For off road, though, you probably won't even notice. Bottom line - these things will take the same ammount of abuse as many far more expensive rims, and if you do kill your rims, you won't cry over the price of replaceing them.

Good strong wheels, great value, weight, and lifetime for the price... fits the budget-minded freerider's pocketbook rather well, and don't dissapoint!
