Although the Blackburn Central Rear Pannier is compatible with standard racks, the interlock system only works when using the Blackburn interlock bags and racks together. It is constructed from weatherproof fabric, and includes a rain cover for whenever the weather turns for the worst, which is a necessary touch when you're out battling the elements and the unknown riding conditions.
