Blackburn Local Spring Clip Rack

The Blackburn Local Spring Clip Rack features a top-deck design plus a spring-loaded clip to hold your gear tight. It's versatile and light weight, able to be mounted both front and rear. It is also disc brake compatible, allowing it to be mounted on just about any bike. It features a light clip for attaching a front or rear light.
