I'm 511, 265. I got the largest pair and they fit snug, which I think is how they are supposed to fit. The material is not super duty. You do have to be mindful of how much force you use to pull them into place, but that's not a problem. The padding seemed thin out of the box, but, it makes a v e r y big difference on the bike. I rode a 27 mile tour last week and these shorts were a huge help.

I've been wearing these undershorts for about a year. They work well at adding a little extra comfort to the saddle pressure areas. They are cheaply made and the price reflects that. Mine have holes in them but they still serve the intended purpose.

Work great for my 10 mile one way commute, have even ridden up to 50 miles with them without a sore gluteus. single pad is non descript and not noticable when wearing shorts over top. I like these alot better than the more expensive 6 panel liners and they have held up well.

for $30 cant go wrong. if it fails, can always by another $30 worth heh. Would buy again if needed to.
