I've owned a ThudBuster LT for years that was open to the elements and never had an issue. About a month ago the elastomers failed and I needed to purchase new ones or not use the bike. (When the elastomers fail, it's instantly and completely. From now on, I will always keep 2 extra ones on hand). I saw that they also now make the glove and that they were provided with all new ThudBusters. As mine is one piece like the current version, there was no need to upgrade, so I purchased 2 sets of medium elastomers and decided to get the LT sized glove.
First, they changed the labeling, not for the better. It doesn't look like any of the available pictures. It has "ThudBuster" vertically on one side (tilt your head to the right to read it) and "Cane Creek" vertically on the other side (tilt your head to the left to read it.) When on the ThudBuster, the labeling doesn't lay straight. It's all wonky and looks kinda cheap.
Second, what really gets me is the pictures show it fitting nicely, but the pictures don't show the current ThudBuster design which doesn't have a lip on the rear for the glove to hold on to. The adjustment screw and assembly stick out which leaves nowhere for the glove to get a hold. So it keeps wanting to slip down on the rear. I've tried pulling and tweaking, but the first time the ThudBuster flexes, the glove moves back down on the rear of the ThudBuster. Without some type of loop or hook attached to the top rear of the glove to loop over the adjustment screw, it will never look like the pictures.
I will leave it on for a little while, but I expect it will end up being removed. As I never needed the glove, I shouldn't have waisted the money. I would not recommend the glove and would not purchase it again.
