Taking its cue from the legendary NoThreadSet, the 1.5 NoThreadSet brings the quality and precision of Chris King to the big bike world. An important new feature of Chris King’s 1.5 NoThreadSet is the PreLoader™, a system they developed in place of the more commonly-used star nut. It acts much the same way as a traditional star nut,yet is better designed to handle to demands of the 1.5 Featuring stainless steel sealed bearings designed and produced in house by Chris King and the precision machining that they have come to be known for (they machine the aluminum cups that house the bearings to within .0001" for a precise fit with your frame), the 1.5 NoThreadSet is an excellent choice for heavy gravity riding, and a great way to get some Chris King bling on your DH ride.
