Comments about Continental Race King 26" Tire:
Easily the best all round tire I've tried. Great for my local trails and even rolls fast/lasts long on the road. I've read that's it hassle to set up tubeless. I'm using mine with tubes. Sidewalls are very thin but most Conti tires are.

I use these on my race wheelset. My local mechanic suggested I get the 2.2 supersonics and even let me borrow his set for a week before I bought. Well worth every penny spent-even if they aren't great as a tubeless conversion.

Thought I would splurge on a pair of these babies. Running Supersonic 2.0 on front and rear. Super fast! Great traction on dry or damp hardpack, haven't tried them in the wet yet.
Replaced a pair of Kenda small block 8's with these and am very happy.
Comments about Continental Race King 26" Tire:
These are great tires for LIGHT cross country. They are fast and rolling resistance is very low. Good tires for combination on and off road. Even though these tires are light weight, they have held up well. Be warned- these are not for deep sand, mud, steep hills, down hill, free ride, carving turns, wet roots or technical trails. You will lose traction, slide, spin out, ect if you push these tires too far. If you are a casual rider who likes to ride light trails and road-these are the tires for you!!!! I rate these tires a 5 if used for there intended use- light XC .

Comments about Continental Race King 26" Tire:
Supersonics:These tires have great grip and I love how easily they roll in and out of a turn. They track like magnets on sheet metal. Protections: I’ve got nothing bad to say about the Race Kings. They’re light, fast and grip well. I requested the 2.0 size because I’m a weight weenie and at first wished I had gone with the 2.2. But after four or five rides, the narrower size proved it had plenty of traction under my 6'2? 178lb frame. Conti recommends running 50psi (max 65 psi) in their non-UST models, but I ran 35 to 38psi (and probably on occasion was running it lower than that) and didn’t flat a single time in seven months! For my size and weight and the speed at which I ride, that’s saying something…especially with all the roots and rocks. For more details on this review check out: http://www.bikerumor.com/2009/11/19/review-continental-race-king-mountain-bike-tires/
Comments about Continental Race King 26" Tire:
I used the 2.0 SS on the rear and 2.2 SS on the front. Bought the SS black chilis and used Stan's Notubes. It took a little extra time to get them sealed, but it worked. The tires are light, weigh less then claimed weight. Very good racing tire, they spin up fast and easy. I raced them in Whistler, B.C. and Las Vegas with no traction problems. The 2.2 is great, I couldn't brake it loose even when trying. The 2.0 on the rear is good, but can lock up, and knobs wear quickly. I'd buy again.
