I've used this tire at everything from bike parks to the local trails and this tire just plain works. The tread lasts quite a while and this is aided by the ability to reverse the direction and swap to the other tire if you run these on both front and rear. The UST version has a tough casing which helps prevent thorns and keeps the air sealed well, but for some, a true DH tire with the wire bead is needed for the really gnarly stuff. Be careful if you have really skinny rims as this is a big tire and wants to squirm a bit in that case. Otherwise, whip one on and go rip up whatever trail you encounter without looking back!
