These are my go to cheap tire when I need a cheap tire. They're available in both metric and imperial sizes and are ideal for restorations. There are lighter tires and there are tougher tires, but for the money these do just fine. Not every bike needs a $100 pair of tires.

I think these tires are good enough for all around riding, but for extra measure of puncture resistance, I use tuffy liners for that. I use rubber cement to glue in the liner and duct tape the joining overlap; with that in place the chances of flats is very low, and besides from my experience if you flat out with the liner on going downhill at speed the, tire with liner and inner tube makes for a safer control veriable while rolling to a stop; that is my two cents, trust me.

I picked these up to compliment my resto rod because they were cheap. Countless miles have gone by with absolutely no issues. The tires look so much better than the old school gum sidewalls and since I went up one size to a 700x28 it rides softer too.

Stay away from these tires. Just spend a few more dollars on some better tires unless you like changing/patching tubes on the roadside. Perhaps the wider tires work better, but I don't know. I'd stay away.
