Simple and straight forward use. Only issue is use of shims needs to be clarified before installing...you need to factor in if you have contact sleeves or carbon sole protection plates.

These are nice cleats -- I used them when I started out with clipless pedals on a pair of Candys. They last longer than Shimano cleats, and I like that you can adjust them for different degrees of release.

I used these with my egg beaters on a fixed gear and they felt much more secure than my shimano spds. They have two degrees of float depending on which way you mount them. They have lasted a long time too!!!

I wondered why these fit into the treads of my mountain shoes so much better - then I put the old cleat beside the new one to compare. These new Premium cleats are shaped differently and fit better into the shoe tread. These shed mud and snow even better and make a great pedal system the best for off-road use.
The new cleats also allow for lateral adjustment, unlike the original cleats.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
