I drink it about 15 min before I start any work out and drink it during and after if i have any left. I usually add a little more water than it suggests only because I personally like it better that way. My workouts are about 45 min to an hour and I feel the extra endurance it gives me to finish. The 4.5lb is such a great value compared to the smaller package it comes in.

Works great. I never cramp or bonk with this stuff. You really have to give it a good shake to mix it up. Ive only tried the Grape Flavour and its really good.

Extremely satisfied with this product. It really does everything the label says. I noticed the difference the first time I used it. I drank a water bottle full during30 minute period before a long ride and took another bottle on the trail. Everyother time I took fluids during the ride it was the Cytomax. No burning in the legs,I could keep going for hours. It was amazing. I'll never go without it again.
