For those that are finished with compromising and would like to enjoy a full day of perfect trail riding, the DT Swiss XMM 100 29 is here. These forks are perfect for all day trail riding on your 29er. No matter where the trail takes you, the XMM will be able to handle it with grace. The XMM 100 features Twin Shot Technology. All dials can be comfortably reached by the rider. The damping unit is placed in the upper right stanchion, allowing for ideal cooling of the damping oil. Because of this, the system needs very little damping oil which in turn leads to a low overall weight of the fork. Twin Shot features Open Mode, Climb Mode, and Lockout. Open mode allows full use of the travel. Climb mode is for technical climbs. The fork is partially locked and lowered by 30%. Lockout is for sprinting, the fork is 100% locked out with a blow- off.
