Diamondback’s Century road line is all about efficiency and endurance. Utilizing Diamondback's Enhanced Performance Geometry (EPG), the Century retains all the handling, geometry and ride characteristics of the carbon Competition platform, with a slightly higher head tube height to put less strain on a rider’s back and neck. This improves the fit for riders with marginally less pelvic rotation and core stability and provides a more comfortable ride for those who prefer a less aggressive riding stance.
The Diamondback Century features Custom Butted 6061-T6 Alloy Enhanced Performance Geometry (EPG) frame with a tapered headtube for comfort and strength. The fork is comprised with performance airformed alloy with an alloy steerer. The Diamondback Century hosts a Shimano drivetrain featuring Sora dual control shifter and a Sora front and rear 9-speed derailleur. The Tektro Mira mechanical disc brakes afford you the ability to smoothly stop on a dime with power. The FSA Tempo Compact crankset keeps things spinning smoothly while a DB Equation SE wheelset provides a lightweight and fast rolling wheel option. DBR Drop bars round out the cockpit while a DBR Performance Road seat post and DB 3D forged saddle ensure that you are riding in comfort and style.
