I've got 1000km on these with no issues. I replaced some Michelin pro race 3's, and chose these on a whim because they were so light, inexpensive, and the color coordinated with my bike - figured if they didn't work out, I'd keep them as spares. But they've surprised me. I'm over 1000km into them now and haven't had a single problem. The weight rating on them is very close to reality (rated 206, weighed 212 - the pro race 3's were actually heavier in spite of being rated lower). They're reasonable grip - nothing spectacular... but reasonable grip + very light weight + quite reliable + inexpensive is one hard to beat combination IMO.

I bought 4 of these tires last week to meet the $50.00 free ship deal. Rode one set for the first time today and flatted at 10.6 miles, goathead. Pulled another goathead out at 16.25 miles, it started leaking and went flat. I finished out my ride at 37 miles total with no more flats. I guess I was lucky that they were both in the front. Right now I'm not too happy. Positive note: They are light at about 195gr. and have a very nice ride. By the way goatheads are very common this time of year in the central valley of California.

Comments about Duro Stinger Road Tire:

I ordered these as a wider tire selection to put on my Oval wheels on my stock Fuji Gran Fondo. When I attempted to put them on the sidewall ripped and the side of the tire was compromised. I was unable to ever actually use these tires because they fell apart. I can't even get a replacement for the one that fell apart because they don't consistently have them in stock.

Comments about Duro Stinger Road Tire:

These bad boys hold a lot of air...almost like old timey balloon/comfort tires. I have to deflate them to mount the rear wheel on my bike, so check clearances. These aren't the best rolling tires, but they are thick where the rubber hits the road and I bought 2 sets when they were on sale (less than $10 each).

Comments about Duro Stinger Road Tire:

Used on my commuter bike, these tires gave me a smoother, more supple ride. Even at 100 lbs pressure, the bumps, pebbles and divots on the daily commute were less noticeable. The reflective sidewall pattern is a bonus. Nice and light, great price ... good deal!

Comments about Duro Stinger Road Tire:

I bought these tires while they were on sale and I have since put 876 miles on them (not including time/miles on the trainer) without any issues. The majority of the miles have been on rural farm roads which can often be covered in debris that I have to ride over. These tires have held up great and offer plenty of grip. Like dome of the other reviewers, I wish that I had bought extra while they were on sale.

Installed these after having some 60 TPI tires and felt like I was gliding acrss the road. I have around 200 miles on them so I am not sure how long they will last. Very pleased with them so far. Looking to buy another set before the price goes up.
