Excellent Tire, even better price.
I have put about 50 miles on these. Roots, rocks, ruts, hard pack, mud - they have handled everything very well. I have had other more name brand tires that the knobs started sheering in less than this. In the 20+ years of riding, these are really standing out as a great tire for me.

These are fantastic tires, and fit well enough to even go tubeless if you so desire. Awesome. But, they are not 2.35, closer to 2.30.

Otherwise, awesome tire at a great price. Well worth the purchase.

tough reliable
I "switch" to these tires. since my old one is more of a hybrid type. that was slipping on climbs. but duro switch did not fail me. performs well on climbs. when I check jensons inventory I see it doesn't come out anymore. I'm happy that I got the last of it. I just hope they have more bigger sizes. I would get 2.5s :)

Good tires for hire
Tires front and rear both Switch have been holding up really good.
Been riding these on some rocky terrain for about 4 weeks now. Knobs are good as far as traction. No tubeless though.

Would this tire work for tubeless?
Monkeybrother on Oct 20, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I bought one but am waiting for my current tire to wear out before installing.
I searched and found a review of the Duro Switch that said tubeless worked well.
https://appalachiandirt.com/2015/03/11/product-duro-switch-29x2-35/
The tread is similar to a Kenda Nevegal, with a directional tread pattern, wide spacing, and super aggressive side knobs. The sidewalls feel thick enough to handle rough terrain. They mounted up fairly easily. A quick run around the bead to pre-seat it, and they seated with a floor pump. There was minimal sealant leakage to make it seal well too, and no dimpling through any pores in the sidewall. All of those are good signs that this tire is designed as a tubeless tire…..something that is not abundantly clear from their specs. (tubeless technology is noted on their catalogue overview, but there is no mention of it after that) The tread compound feels relatively firm, but that is a totally subjective measure. If it is a harder compound, that will serve well for tire wear. Time will tell.
Hope this helps
Do these tires run narrower or wider than stated?
Colinm on Dec 10, 2016
BEST ANSWER: On my tires they are pretty true.
