It's a stem and its comes in the Length/Rise I wanted. You can't go wrong with Easton.

this stem was purchased to shorten my reach on my bicycle. i went fron a 100mm to a 90mm stem, to releave some of the numbness in my hands which occurred on longer rides. mission accomplished. as an added benifit the flat outer edges gave me a nice surface to mount my computer. the four bolt face plate clamps securely without damaging my carbon bars (when torqued to specification). being as far south as i am, heat and humidity cause me to sweat alot, the hardware seems to be extremely corrosion resistant (unforseen bonus).

This is one of the few stems that I could find that could offer me a negative rise at a short length. I was looking for a -10 60mm and could not find a stem that had graphics that worked when it was flipped down. This one is 10 degrees and has almost all the good looks of something like a Thomson or equivalent at half the price. I highly recommend it! It's low profile and would look good on a road bike/track bike if necessary.
