I bought a large, I am 5ft11, 195 lbs, waist 34, chest size between 41 and 42. I used the size chart from the Endura website which says Large fits 42-44. The jersey is just a bit too tight across the upper chest and neck when zipped up. Worried the XL I'm exchanging it for may be too big.....I might be that in between size. I also bought a Fox Live Wire Jersey, which fits great....if you are looking for a sizing comparison.

I love this jersey, it fits quite well, not perfectly, but quite well, and has all the features I expect from a jersey including snug pockets, a zippered pocket in the rear and a silicone gripper on the bottom hem.
Very clean cut and professional looking.
I had to size down one size to get a race fit, I normally wear a medium jersey.
