My left hand, specifically left thumb, went numb after rides so I wanted to change out the grips.
These seemed like the best choice since i'm not a road cyclist.
Install was easy. Uninstalled my existing grips by prying up the end and using a childs 'motrin' syringe to inject rubbing alcohol underneath which loosened them enough to slide off. Installed the new grips (with rubbing alcohol) adjusted to fit then found an inexpensive torque wrench at my local harbor store. The torque wrench isnt really necessary though they could be installed with a standard allen key, just tighten it down quite a bit.
Grips have been awesome and have resolved my hand numbess issues.
Ive only had them for a couple of weeks so i cant attest to their durability.
