Most bikes in the world are good bikes, but this one is straight up Evil. The Insurgent is an all-mountain, all-day, fun bike. It with built with a carbon monocoque frame with 150mm of travel. The Delta System on the rear achieves a high degree of suppleness early in the travel, with a very predictable high traction stage through the middle and a bottomless ramp at the end of the travel. It was built on 27.5" wheels which roll over obstacles better than 26" wheels and are more nimble than 29" wheels. Thru-axles on the front and rear offer predictable and stiff steering allowing the bike to handle sharp turns better. The geometry is adjustable four different ways that enable you the fine-tune the bike to fit your riding style. An integrated chain guide will ensure your chain never falls off on those tough descents. It features a RockShox Pike RCT3 Boost fork with a RockShox Monarch RC3 rear shock. The suspension is incredibly easy to set up with an integrated sag meter on the non-drive side of the Delta Link. All you need to do is push it forward, then sit on your bike and adjust the air pressure to 30%.

The Evil Insurgent Jenson USA exclusive build comes spec'd with an XT drivetrain. It features a Shimano XT 11-speed shifter with an XT rear derailleur paired to an XT 11-46 tooth cassette. This will allow you to have as much fun climbing up as you'll have riding down. The XT M8000 hydraulic disc brakes with 180mm rotors provide all the braking power you'll need for those long descents. The Spank Oozy 345 wheelset with the Schwalbe Hans Dampf tires provide a tubeless ready experience that will allow you to run lower tire pressures for more traction and have fewer puncture flats thanks to the sealant you'll use inside the tires. Lastly, The RockShox Reverb Stealth 150mm dropper post will allow you to climb efficiently and descend safely.
