I have two bikes with the FSA bars on them. The flat tops and shallow drops makes both my bikes more comfortable to ride. I have had bikes in the past that when you went for the drops it was just a back breaker and all you wanted to do was get back on the hoods. With the shallow bend on these bars riding on the drops is not an unpleasant experience. Furthermore, once you experience the flat bend on the top you will never go back.

Lovely and nice shape, the compact shape of new road handlebars is the best combination with brake/shifters these days, the flat top can make you last miles to come confortly, the only con I found is that the angulations from the top flat to the shifter is almost 90 degrees and depending on your arm angle when reaching the drop and hand size, you can hit your wrist or xxx with it sprinting, that's why I prefer 3T shallow drop.

I tried a few carbon dropbars and basebars but none is as versatile as the wing pro. It is stiff and light enough for my liking, strong enough to hold aerobars and has an ergo top shape positioned just right to give space for the aeobar to be clamped on.
The shallow drop provides just enough drop and the short reach give me confidence that the brakes are always within reach. If you like a low profile cockpit like me, you can always reduce your spacers. A longer stem should do the trick if you prefer a longer reach. It's easier to find a longer stem than an all around roadbar.
All these for a fraction of the price of a carbon bar.

There are a very things that I bought for my cycling hobby that live up to the hype but this has been one for me. I had found the right saddle a couple years ago and now this handlebar. I can comfortably ride on the tops, the hoods and now in the drops for extended periods of time. The handlebar is stiff enough when paired with an aluminum 3T (white stripe) stem. Being aluminum I don't worry about dropping the bike and the cost is very reasonable.

I have tried a number of different bars (5 or 6) trying to find the best design for me. When I installed the FSA Wing Pro Compact, I knew I had found what I was looking for in the first 10 seconds of riding with it.I never understood the purpose of the "anatomic" bars, which never provide good access to the controls while riding in the drops.This product was an eye opener to me and really enhanced my comfort and safety while riding. Ingenious design.
