Comments about Five Ten Spitfire Shoes:

They're comfortable and look good. They are also really good for biking in the sense that you won't slip off the pedals with these. Unfortunately, they do not stand up to foot-jam braking with Kenda small block 8 tires as well as my old DCs

Comments about Five Ten Spitfire Shoes:

These shoes being highly discounted on Jenson, I decided to take a chance and order a pair to replace my third pair of 5.10 Impact Low. Theses are really good looking, comfy shoes. Now that I've worn them for about a week, I see that I'll wear them all the time and save my pair of Impact Low for actual biking. These shoes doesn't offer much support or impact protection. The sole is supple to the point you can feel rocks under your feet, much like on casual shoes. Spitfire for the coffee shop, Impact Low for the trails. Thanks to 5.10 for another great product. It seems like there's nothing that fit my feet right out of the box as five-tenies. That's just me, though. :)

Comments about Five Ten Spitfire Shoes:

I was hoping to use these for MB rides, but the soles are thin and very flexable. They have no ankle or arch support when walking over small rocks or boulders. But they do stick to the rocks and petals well.
