I purchased a 2011 fox hydration pack that came with a leaky bite valve. So I ordered the replacement for [$]. The male end was smaller than the original so it would not stay in the tube. Customer service credited my account with no problem and I was able to pull the pieces of both apart and make a functional valve.

The replacement did not fit my 2011 fox hydration pack. The original leaked so I spent 5 dollars on a replacement myself. The replacement end was smaller than the original hence it would not stay in the tube. My account was credited with no issues and I was able to pull the old and new one apart and make one that works.
