First off, I'm surprised that these have been holding up so well; I haven't been impressed with Fox clothing in the past, but other good reviews of these led me to snag em.
I've been wearing these for about four weeks, riding 10-25 miles, five to six days a week; mostly AM/Trail, some XC, and split between western NC and Philly's Wiss, in hot temps and plenty of afternoon rain. They get soaked, but grip well, and ventilate passably...though they would cool and dry even better if it wasn't for all the FOX nonsense on the back of the hand.
Although the suede palm and fingers grip well, it does slide around on my sweaty palms a good bit. But that's to be expected: they are gloves.
Finally, my hands are paws themselves: very large palms compared to my fingers. Yet, the gloves fit almost perfectly. Of course, that may be a problem for others...

got these because they looked cool in the now discontinued white/black. i also have the 2010 version in black. quality dropped a lot. I've had these for about 4 months and they are already coming apart at the seam in between the thumb and the palm. i can probably repair them but i shouldn't have to.
they should hold up longer than 4 months of riding. my 2010s are still kicking.

I normally buy Fox Sidewinder gloves, but I've bought the Digits in the past, and the price was right on Jenson. I like these gloves a lot. They have good padding and will adequately protect your fingers/palm in a crash. They're not overly padded and have good finger feel for grip on the bars and brake levers. All that for about 50% less cost than most other similar gloves in this class. Recommended!

Comments about Fox Apparel Fox Dirtpaw Glove 2012:
As much as I dislike FOX's very name-centered apparel, these gloves have great performance. I have very wide hands and palms, and they fit me just fine; the knuckle guards stay put after thrashing through trail ruffage.
They need a snot wipe thumb, of course.
Also, the stiff velcro tab tears apart the finger fabric, so you have to get flexible when closing and opening; that's a little problem, though.
XC, AM riding.

I have both the Chapter Black and standard version of the Dirtpaw glove. They are both awesome!
Just keep in mind that the Chapter Black version does not come with the padded knuckle while the other version does. These gloves are built super tough and comfy.
Never hesitate to buy anything made by Fox. They take pride in their products, and always use the best materials possible.
