Don’t skip a beat (literally!) with the Garmin Hrm-Tri Running Dynamics & SW. It’s specifically designed for Triathletes and provides heart rate data in 3 disciplines, which include: Cycling, running and swimming. It stores heart rate data when under water, then forwards it to you at the end of your swim for simplified connectivity. The strap’s rounded edges also make it super comfortable in and out of water. When running, it allows your compatible device to report six running dynamics metrics, which are: cadence, stride length, ground contact time, ground contact balance, vertical oscillation and vertical ratio. Every bit of data counts when races are won or lost at fractions of a second.
