Great replacement cables. As other reviewers mention they are pulled from a bulk box so there's no packaging. These don't appear to have any special coating, just standard stainless cables. I installed these as replacements on two road bikes, one with Shimano Tiagra brifters and the other with old Suntour friction shifters, both fit properly.

Used this cable to replace the one that came with my handlebar lockout for my 08 Rock Shox Tora 318 U-turn fork. Still works just as good as when I installed it. I'd probably take a step up to another brand if I were to use them with my gears.

These are excellent gear cables for the price. Granted, they come with no packaging, but I'd rather not pay for packaging anyway. Very smooth when used with Jagwire housing. The brake cables are good too!
