I am really disappointed that Jenson does not cover return shipping on this. I have used size medium gloves since 1980's, these mediums are actually a small! They are useless if I cannot get them on to my hands. The online fit chart is also incorrect, according to measurements, I should buy medium. The med is too small. The "gel" pads are only great if you like super padded areas on palm, otherwise it makes it harder to wrap your hands around grips (large people will not have this problem obviously). Gel is 3mm thick on 2 sides, so adds 6mm to your grip diameter. Beware of Jenson USA customer "no" service, they said I have to pay return shipping.

Gloves are one size too small

Comments about Giro Bravo LF Gloves 2014:

Jenson Customer Service is the best! They helped me after I discovered the sizes run small. Thanks to mgmt at Jenson. As for the gloves, they are great if you know what you want. Order a size larger than you need, and note, that the palm padding is VERY thick. Your grip may be compromised if you are DH, palms will be padded if you are novice, and need extra padding to keep hands from hurting on long rides.

Bought these for weekend MTB riding. Looked to be a decent quality glove, until I tried them on. The left hand fit great. But the right thumb stitching was sewn twisted so the pad was on the top of my thumb. Also I cold not fully extend my thumb making it hard to grip the handle bar. Perhaps a bad batch? Price seemed to good to be true now I know why.
