So stoked on this helmet!!
I was nervous about buying a full face helmet without actually trying it on, but I could not be happier with this bad boy. Not only does it look killer, but it fits super well, and does it's job.

Fits perfect - great for the bike park
Checked out helmets from the major brands (Giro, Fox, 661, Bell), and Giro by far fit the best, was the most comfortable, and had the most features for the $. The Cipher pads are very comfortable, and easily removable for cleaning. Light enough to not be an issue when riding - don't realize I'm wearing a FF helmet. I like the matte white finish and ventilation to keep things cooler when riding. Add in the Jenson 2014 clearance price, and this is a great deal.

Great price, shaky GoPro footage
Initially I ordered the large (hat size is 59), but this was a little loose so I returned and got the medium instead. It was a little painful on one part of my head on my first long ride with it, but it seems to be better now after a few uses.

The built-in gopro mount seemed solid the first time I used and footage looked good, but subsequent rides the footage seems a bit shaky. The snap in mount seems a like it has more play in it now.

This is my first full-face helmet and so far I'm pretty happy with it. I might just stick on a permanent gopro mount or play around with securing the built-in mount a little better.

Some example footage of the built-in mount from my first ride with it:

Sick helmet
This helmet is sick, very comfortable and tight fit. Thankfully it hasn't been crash tested by me but it feels very sturdy and can take a hit, weight is nice too. I've rented a couple 661's and this helmet poops on those for comfort and weight. Built in gopro mount and the ability to put headphones in the helmet is always sweet too!

I also got one for my 3y and both can have them and not be complaining
Great helmet I want my kids the experience what they want and be crazy on their bike but safe :)

Worth the price of admission
Got the Cypher helmet on close out when new color ways came out so the price was top notch, At least 25% below competitors. Size large helmet fits good even on my large cranium. Some have complained about the face guard being too close and feeling a bit claustrophobic but I didn't feel that was the case. Overall very happy.

Very pleased with the Giro Cipher
Bought this helmet for downhilling after doing some research on downhill helmets. Got this 2014 model at over 60% off and I'm so glad I made the purchase. Helmet is extremely comfortable. Padding is generous and makes for a great snug fit. Ventilation has been great in 90+ degree heat going down some of the mts in New Mexico and Colorado so far. Go Pro mount is another plus. Like the camo pattern on mine and have gotten a lot of comments on it. Not the lightest but then who cares when your going downhill. Has integrated earphones slots which is another nice touch. Comparing this to other more expensive helmets and this offers just about everything else they do for half the costs. Highly recommend!

PROS: Tough, Comfortable Fit, Great price, Good Ventilation

I use this helmet for downhill/freeride.This helmet aside from looking good, fits real well, and has good ventalation. I highly recommend this helmet to anyone looking to get a great quality helmet for a cheap price compared to those $300.00+ hemlets. Oh and the integrated gopro mount is a big plus :)
