These are a must in your biking nutritional arsenal. I use them all the time on and off the bike. What they provide is quick electrolyte replacement. During those long rides and even when you get the flu these help fight of dehydration.
Before any ride take at least 2, then 1-2 per every hour you are out riding. They help you from getting dehydrated and even help fight off a little fatigue and cramping. Don't forget you still need to be drinking water properly for these to work.
The pills gone down easy with water. Sometimes even when I am not riding I get some cramping in my quads. I take a few of these and in a little while it goes away.
Sorry, can go on here. These will help you for sure. During long hot weather rides, and rides in general, keep a handul with you at all times. In your pack, pocket, somewhere. I am sure you will notice a difference. I even take some sometimes before I go to bed and wake up.
