I use Hammer Heed during workouts lasting more than one hour and during Ironman events. It's easy on my stomach so I feel like I can drink freely, without rationing. The only negative comment I have is that the powder does not totally dissolve and I get small (brown) grains in my mouth. It's not a deal breaker but I'd prefer to have it dissolve a bit better.
