I use this product on all my long rides. I have tried a lot of different things for fueling and this is the best by far. No gelling agents to clog your stomach and you can get away with a liquid diet to make digestion quick and efficient!

Perpetuem is an interesting product. It fits the niche between a standard carbohydrate drink and a protein recovery drink.
I've used it on many longer rides. It does tend to keep you feeling "topped off" longer than Heed or Cytomax. It tastes light and dissolves easily.
Forget using the stuff in hot weather, though. Nauseating. It tastes chalky and the consistency can change from liquid to lumpy -- gets a weird milky taste. Supposedly the new formulation helps this. While it is somewhat better, this is definitely not a hot weather drink.
