One of my favorite solid foods to eat on the bike. Not too sweet and still easy to eat and digest even at the end of a long ride. Can't speak for the other flavors but the plain honey is a winner.

I take these with me on long bike rides or hikes. They are convenient, taste good, and provide that little kick of energy you need out on the trail. I would recommend these to anybody. They do get really sticky in hot weather but I just hold them with the wrapper so my hands don't get sticky and it works out fine.

a delicious waffle under ordinary conditions. But when frozen the waffle becomes crumbly and the honey turns to toffee. its really "interesting" if you are into that sort of thing.

love the taste of this one. im a pastry chef so im picky on sweets :).i have tried the vanilla as well but much prefer the honey. i use it for a pick me up at work or while riding and hiking. only bad thing is they crumble easily.
