Hopes Pro 2 has "evolved", thus the new Pro 2 Evo. They now use larger diameter stainless steel sealed bearings for increased strength, and newly re-designed axle caps make swapping between the various axle standards a snap. Photos represent the different colors and not necessarily the different axle styles.

My favorite hub. One of the lightest available, yet great quality and a decent price. I have one of the original Hope Pro 2 hubs still going strong after 7-8 years. I expect this one to last just as long.

The inside of the hub doesn't seem to be finished properly. Anyway, front hubs are almost the same, just don't go too 'cheap'

Laced up on double butted spokes in a Spank Subrosa rim, excellent hub, visual appeal is just an added bonus. The hub can be converted for 20mm drop out or a 9mm skewer. After lacing my new wheel set two of my friends switched over to this hub. The black, red, and gold are all equal in finish quality.
