Hope T-Rex Expander Sprocket

The Hope 40T-Rex Expander Sprocket provides 10 speed junkies the option of big toothed cogs at a fraction of the cost of an entirely new drivetrain. This 40T cassette expander replaces one of the smaller cogs (usually the 17T) to convert your 11-36T cassette into an 11-40T; it's really that simple. Medium to long cage rear derailleurs are preferable, but an included 20mm B-Tension screw should get you going if your standard B-Tension screw is not long enough. The Hope 40T-Rex Expander Sprocket will allow you to expand your gear range without requiring new freehub bodies, shifters, and rear derailleurs.
