Ibis 928 Carbon 29" Wheelset

Ibis's products are among the most innovative and high performance options available for mountain bikers. They built the 928 to give riders a super-light 29'er wheel that's stiff, fast rolling, and utilizes the best that technology has to offer. The individual rims weigh in at just 400 grams each, and the complete set is just 1580 grams. The wheels are great for XC and trail riding, fitting a variety of tire sizes and tubeless systems.

Ibis's outstanding carbon hoops are laced two cross to their meticulously engineered hubs. The internals utilize a 36 tooth body and 4 pawl mechanism that provides 10 degree engagement, making them extremely efficient. They come with options to support a SRAM or Shimano drivetrain, so you can run your preference. With a stiff, high quality wheel that's as light as the 928, it's hard to go wrong.
