Ive found that these tires do very well while cornering. Grips well without washing out. They are a little slow rolling but that doesnt make these a bad tire.

I decided to get some muddy mary's and some dirty dan's after using these, unfortunately the germans did not last very long. Went back to the Intense and have been very happy. Excellent rear tire that will actually last a fair amount of time for what most consider a race tire. Considering a good dh tire costs more than a car tire it is nice to see a brand with a product that is worth the money.

This is a excellent DH race tire, the rubber is supper soft and grips really well. I've had no issues with flats or pinch flats the whole time I've been running it. The weight is manageable for a DH tire, the nice thing is that there are two versions (1 ply and 2 ply) depending on how aggressive you ride.
The only cons are that these tires are really soft so although they grip well they are a slow rolling tire and wear out fast.
As long as you keep them (FRO - for race only) you should be good.
Also - I've rode them in dry and wet and they work great in various types of conditions.

I have used the 2.5 and 2.35 sizes of this tire. Both tires are noisy if you have to ride any pavement to get to the trail. The tires hook up well in corners and really give you a lot of confidence but they are slow on flats and climbs. There is a lot of rolling resistance.

Want to let everyone know it comes in the FRO compound if you choose Sr rubber. FRO(for race only) supposedly wears quick but I haven't had these long enough to see. You can leave indents with your finger nails. other wise on the first run they worked great. I was riding on loose Washington top soil.
