Comments about Kenda Kwick Tire:
I bought these to put on my road bike that I use for training on gravel roads. Great grip on hardpack. Just enough clearance but it is a really tight fit!

These tires are the bomb Great on all surfaces

Comments about Kenda Kwick Tire:
This tire is not durable enough to use as a training tire on road and gravel. It hooks up fine in singletrack and on cross courses. I will be keeping them just for cross races and buying tougher training tires because of the flats I have gotten.
Comments about Kenda Kwick Tire:
For my normal type of riding (hardpack rail trails) this is THE tire! It rolls faster than anything I have tried but still provides enough traction to feel secure. Loose wet stuff is the downfall, the tire is squirrelly on wet pine needles, wet clay, and deep gravel/sand.My normal trail is serious *hardpack*, screenings over railbed which is like concrete with a dusting of gravel. Part of the American Tobacco Trail is more like a dirt road and the Kwicks still grip well here as long as it is dry. For damp conditions I use Kozmik Lites but the Kwicks allow me to go one gear higher (even accounting for the difference in diameter).
Comments about Kenda Kwick Tire:
Ride to work on it everyday . 10 miles both ways . Could'nt bring myself to put true slics on my bike , looked too dorky . These work great for commuting .
Comments about Kenda Kwick Tire:
Relatively easy install. one of the thinnest tires available for CX, provides low rolling resistance in pavement yet still provides good grip off road.
Comments about Kenda Kwick Tire:
I purchased this tire for my road rides on my mountain bike and for use on the community trails that are hard packed gravel. I have a 26 inch version with the wire bead. It is not a light tire by any means but rolls very well and feels good on hard surfaces.
Comments about Kenda Kwick Tire:
good traction in gravel and mudkeeps your momentum in motion and keeps rolling with good turning grip on grass
