Was on the fence for a long time about getting one, pretty expensive upgrade for what it does, and it seemed all of them had issues. After reading alot of reviews on all the different posts, I went with KS, and have been very satisfied. Has been operating smoothly for a couple months of regular use, no issues yet.

After having horrible experiences with the Joplin and Joplin 4 I'm stoked to have had such a good experience with the KS post. I've put this thing through a lot of abuse and tons of riding and it still works great. The remove mechanism needs cleaning occasionally but other than that I haven't had to do any kinda of maintenance.

Overall a really good product. The only minor issue was that the remote switch was touchy and it took awhile to dial it in.

With so many adjustable seat posts, I was really overwhelmed with which one to go with. KS received great reviews and I am glad I bought it. Takes my riding experience to a whole different level. The only thing is it sticks on initial use so I have to pull up on it before my ride but that is not even an issue. Definitely a must own!

its nice to look at and remote engagement is smooth, unlike specialize drop post.ive had it for 11month. its sticking more often now.but im going to clean it and lube it like the instructions from ks youtube.explains why its sticking and warranty on hydraulic is 2 yrs!

This is my second KS. My first one was replaced under warranty as it had some play in it. I felt the seat move with every bump I hit. The customer service was great. Once installed, a easy process this makes a bike do much more versatile. I have found it also adds some fin factor on some downhill stuff. Lowering the seat and getting low and bombing the run. It is not something I use on every trail but is nice to have that option when needed. It is going to add some weight to your ride. But it is useable weight that delivers a benefit.

I really like the handle bar mounted control and once you get used to it it becomes second nature. This is one of those upgrades that adds a little bling but also adds a lot of diversity to your bike.

I've been riding for over 10 years and have spent the last two considering a post. After extensive research and talking to folks on the trails and in the forms I pulled the trigger on the KS, my only regreat so far is that I waited. The only time this comes off is during a rolling terrain cross country race, otherwise if there are steep peaks and valleys it's staying on.
