Kryptonite's New York Noose Chain 1213 and Evolution Disc Lock offers a convenient and unique design, yet has an incredible level of security. The noose-style chain is constructed of 12mm 3t mangenese steel and has six sides. The included steel shackle is a 14mm design the company puts in its MAX-Performance category. A hardened double deadbolt design gives additional protection against twist attacks. All in all, Kryponite rates this lock at 9 out of 10.
