This is a great bike carrier. If i was in a hurry, i could easily load and secure a bike in under 20 seconds, but even at a slow pace, it takes less than 40-60 seconds to load and secure.
The cable lock is essentially worthless because it is way to short. I have a 29 inch TREK full suspension and my 8 year old has a 24 inch TREK and i can not get both bikes locked down with cable through the frames. I can get bikes locked via just the wheels, but that is not much of a lock.

This is a great product. I really enjoy how easy it is to use and how secure it is. The bike stand is an awesome feature that I have already made use of.
I am still having problems figuring out how to lock two bikes with the integrated lock - have to check the instructions again.

I have this rack mounted on the back of my 2011 Mustang. It attaches to a hidden style hitch I ordered separately online. First of all when the rack is on, it looks great. The finish looks awesome in person. When I take it off my car looks completely stock. One thing to note is that getting the rack in and out of the actual hitch is a little difficult. An extra set of hands really helps.
That is the only difficulty I've had with this rack everything else is perfect! Loading the bikes on only takes seconds. Once on they are completely secure. The anti-rattle device works great! I've tried two other mid-range bike racks before; this one is the only rack I've used that works as promised. Pay the money for this rack; it may seem crazy, but it's worth it. I've had this rack on the interstate and it is rock solid. Peace of mind is worth some extra change. I really can't say enough good things about the quality on this baby.
One little side note is that the clearance between the rack, when it's in the folded up position, and my car, is very snug. You'll probably want to check out the racks dimensions on the manufacturers' site and do a little measuring before you place your order.
