I'm 53 years old, and have had the same tire floor pump since I was about 15 - you know, the kind of tire pump you pump on for about 10 minutes until you're exhausted because you know you have to get about 10 extra pounds in there because it's all gonna come whistling out as you take off the connection!
Well, this Lezyne Floor Pump has proved to me that you CAN still get Quality products! It pumps a lot of air quickly, is easy to attach and disconnect, has a release valve to let out just the right amount of air if need be, and you don't lose any air when disconnecting! The gauge is spot on accurate as I compared it with another expensive hand held gauge I own. The adapter that can fit two different types of stems is brilliant, and works great. The long hose makes it easy to reach the stems on the tires. I could go on and on, but I think I already have! Bottom line - I am impressed, and I am not one to impress easily. If you are looking for a QUALITY floor pump, this is it!

I use this pump for my road bike, my wife's commuter bike, and my kids' 12" bike. It's easy to use on both Presta and Schrader valves, and it's really fast and easy to switch between the two. The gauge is accurate and easy to read without bending over too much. I can quickly and easily fill my road bike to 110 psi and my 4 year old's fixie to 25 psi.

I'm only using this for mountain tires, so I can't comment on how it is with super high pressure. For my needs it's great. Pumps up my tires nice and quickly. The gauge seems accurate and the screw on valve connector works great.
It seems very sturdy and expect it to last for years.
Very happy with this product.

A well made pump,the only minor problem is when you unscrew connection its easy to accidently let out air.

I use this pump to air up a set of 116 psi rated tires, mountain tires, and kid's bike tires. I was attracted to the nice metal finish, the wood handle, the big gauge, etc. It looks like a quality product.

Sadly, however, it looks better than it performs. I can't get it to stay sealed on a presta valve at high pressure—the hose pops off (it doesn't lock). What's worse is that when I jam it on there nice and tight and try and pump, the gauge pops off making it impossible to hit anything more than 100psi.

I'm not sure if I ended up with a bad one or if the gauge popping off is a systematic problem, but I'm getting my money back.

I was frustrated with my Specialized floor pump as it would take multiple attempts to get a good seal on presta valves. Press on, flip up the lever, listen for the hiss, try again, listen, try again, listen, pump, try again...

Many other manufacturers use similar lever designs which I wanted to avoid. The Jenson rep recommended Lezyne as they screw on and don't open the valve until you start pumping. There are several Lezyne models and they differ only in their construction materials and psi capacity so
I went with the entry level Sport FD and it's working out great. At least now it is.

At first, I couldn't get any air to pump (resistance). A call to Lezyne recommended I prime the valve but that didn't work. My LBS said the same thing but told me some tubes have sticky valves and you need to press the valve a couple of times to let out enough air to take away the resistance against the pump head. Voila! My Panaracer valves are sticky, I guess, and now as long as I give it two long priming squirts before I screw on the pump, the guage hooks up and away I go. When you're done, you press a button on the head and it equalizes the pressure so you don't lose any air when you unscrew it. Nice! My pump shaft also squeaks slightly - maybe some lube will take care of that.

So, all in all it's a keeper but Lezyne should put something in the packaging to instruct anyone with difficulty to release some air first. Highly recommended!
