Lezyne’s HV Tech Drive is the premier choice for those looking for the best performance and longevity from their hand pump. Lezyne's HV (high volume) optimized design allows you pump up your high volume, lower pressure tires to your desired pressure with 30% fewer strokes then comparable mini pumps. Lezyne achieves this by using a different volume/pressure ratio in the body, but maintains a slim package for easy stowage on the bike, or in your hydration pack or jersey pocket.

The strongest point of Lezyne's pump design is its ease of use. Simply remove the ABS hose from the inside of the pump, attach the hose to the opposite side of the pump, screw the hose into your valve and you are ready to pump. Other pumps use a rigid attachment to the valve, which may deform the fragile valve head and ruin tubes. Lezyne's ABS Flex Hose allows the pump to move independently of the wheel, protecting the valve head with a more secure connection which prevents accidental detachment, and allowing more ergonomic pumping and less rider fatigue. The ABS (Air Bleed System) features a button which releases excess air out of the hose for easy removal after pumping. It really is an ingenious design.

The pump's body is a work of art in itself. The handle, barrel and shaft are completely formed of sumptuous anodized, CNC'd Aluminum while the end caps are constructed of Lezyne's proprietary Composite Matrix material to maximize durability and rigidity. The solid, industrial design will perform in the worst of conditions, holding up to intense abuse and years of use. The Tech Drive HV comes equipped with Lezyne's famous ABS Flex Hose and also includes frame mounting hardware for mounting on water bottle bosses.

I took the pump out of the box and couldn't thread the tube onto the body. Looks like the plastic body threads are not made made well. Glad I tested before a ride and not during

Comments about Lezyne Tech Drive HV M Frame Pump:

haven't actually used it on a trail, but I deflated my minon 2.5 and then pumped it back up to 38 psi really quick... great high volume low pressure pump. It says it's good to 90 psi.. The double ended hose is great, and is better than torquing on the presta directly. Nice aluminum body too.
