The producers of this movie managed to combine art and mountain bikes! there is never a dull moment during the entire film.
Of all of the MTB related movies i have purchased this is the one i still watch over and over again.
This is a perfect film to watch before a ride to get pumped up.

This was one beautiful movie. Shot all over Canada I think and was just gorgeous. The movie was only 45 minutes long but well worth it. It tells a story instead of the go ride we film type of movie. Amazing.

This is a great video. No, it's not the typical "huck" movie, and if the only thing you like is big air in your mtb vids, then Life Cycles probably isn't for you. That said, there is plenty of great riding here, in some fantastic locations. The cinematography is awesome.
The best thing for me, being the only mtb'er in the house, was that my non-cycling family loved this video as well. Heck, they even wanted to watch, and thoroughly enjoyed, all the bonus features of the disc. So, I can load this video up now and then without having to listen the groans of "Not a cycling video!"
