Nicely padded. Good for riders who don't wear gloves. Had the 2.5mm on one bike and the 1.9mm on my other, preferred the 1.9.
Slippery when wet. Tricky to install because you
are not supposed to pull on it.
My girlfriend loves it but I switched brands when the time came.

Man I love this bar tape. I've tried a few other cork varieties and this one is my favourite. I have it on a commuter/winter/beater that takes seasonal abuse and this tape has held up well.

The color of the tape is not a true red, its more of a Cranberry red. It does not match anything on my bike and will have to be removed. I have used the yellow tape before and it is a nice bright yellow.

I've read other reviews saying that the tape is slick when it gets wet and now I understand why others have pointed this out. If you were riding outside in the rain, this could be a real issue. On a trainer, you really need to put a towel over the bars to keep it from getting to slick. With all of that said, I really like this stuff. It's very comfortable and has basically eliminated the numbness in my hands on longer rides.

I used this tape in a verity of conditions. (rain, snow, sun) It is now my go to bar tape. I've even had friends switch. I sweat more than average and usually have problems with my bars getting slick on long rides. But have not had any issues since I switched. Have around 2K miles on this tape and no issues yet.
